POWER-GEN Europe
High standard of entries for Best Paper Award at POWER-GEN Europe 2010

At this year’s POWER-GEN Europe conference and exhibition the best paper awards were presented not just to those from the POWER-GEN Europe conference, but also from speakers at Renewable Energy World Europe, POWERGRID Europe and Nuclear Power Europe conferences.

Judges from the expert advisory board had a tough time choosing the best papers from over 250 submissions. The judges were looking for entries which boasted an outstanding concept, coupled with exceptional content. There were six tracks, or categories, within the POWER-GEN Europe conference where papers could be submitted, in addition to an award for the winner of each area, the board also gave special mention to two further papers which they felt warranted high commendation. Here is a list of the winners and those that received special recognition.

POWER-GEN Europe and the members of the Advisory Board Panel would again like to take this opportunity to thank all participants for submitting such an exceptional range of papers for consideration, and congratulates the winners.
